Send over the details for your event through the inquiry form found below. Anna will reach out to you via email or text message to discuss the ideas you have for the event artwork.
A deposit and signed contract are required to complete the booking process.
Standard retaining deposit is 25%. There is a 50% retaining deposit for events booked less than 4 months from the event date.
One Month Before
30 days prior to your wedding date, Anna will contact you to go over any last minute details for your event plans. If you have chosen for your planner/coordinator to be the point of contact after the booking date, this is when Anna will reach out to them.
The Big Day
On the day of your event, Anna will arrive early to begin setting up her work space. If you have booked a live wedding portrait, the background of your painting will begin at this time. A photograph will be taken during "the moment" to use a reference for the final painting.
